Every chair is despatched with the appropriate Staingard care products - so you have what you need to look after your furniture from day one. Consider it a small gift from us.

How to claim

  • 1.Contact Staingard within 7 days of the incident
  • 2.The quickest route is online at Staingard's portal, available 24/7
  • 3.Online claims are validated within 3 hours of the next working day
  • 4.Valid claims receive a technician appointment within 5 working days
  • 5.If the issue can't be resolved, Staingard will offer a replacement

Once your chair is delivered, Staingard is automatically notified and your policy is created. A certificate of insurance follows within 14 days - everything can be managed online, including printing your certificate.
