Refund policy

Every Steadfast is made to order.

When you place your order, we build your chair to your specification: your choice of fabric, your finish, yours alone. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. That's what lets us offer the quality and the finish we do, and it's why each Steadfast is unique to the person who ordered it.

Because of this, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Once your order is confirmed and production begins, your chair is being made specifically for you and can't be resold or reassigned.

We know a chair is a considered purchase, so we'd always rather help you get the choice right the first time. Before you order, please take your time over the details — and if you have any questions about fabric, size, or how The Steadfast will suit your room, talk to us. We're happy to help, and there's no rush.

If something isn't right

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

If your chair arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll put it right - by repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a few photographs if you can, and we'll take it from there.
